For most houses and larger moves we recommend 3 movers: the team can share wrapping, carrying and loading, which can make moving day smoother and potentially shorter. 2 movers suit units, apartments and smaller homes. Every move is different, so we can’t guarantee a shorter moving time or a lower total cost. Tell us about your move and we’ll recommend the team that suits it.
How much does a removalist cost in Perth with Japanese Removals?
We charge by the hour with one truck: $235 per hour for our recommended 3-mover team or $180 per hour for 2 movers. Plus a 30-minute call-out fee (metropolitan area). See our prices page for all options, or text us for a free estimate for your move.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes. A 30-minute call-out fee applies in the Perth metropolitan area.
Do you move outside Perth?
Yes. We provide moving services throughout metropolitan Perth and can also assist with moves across Western Australia. Regional moves are priced individually depending on distance and location, so please request a personalised quote for moves outside the Perth metro area.
Can you move pianos and other heavy items?
Yes. We carefully move antique furniture, pool tables, upright pianos and grand pianos.
Do you supply boxes or moving crates?
Yes. Crates are $4.80 each for 3 weeks (D600 × W400 × H365 mm, 68 litres usable volume). Free delivery and pick-up when you hire more than 20 crates. We also supply packing boxes in Perth, and box delivery is free if you move with us.
